2nd Philippine Olympic Festival

The Province of Ilocos Sur will host this annual event on March 05-11, 2007, wherein most of the games wil be held at Quirino Stadium, Vigan City. Participants will come from the Provinces of Ilocos Norte, Abra, La Union, Pangasinan, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija and Tarlac including the host. Roughly, a contingent of almost 5,000 will grace this event. MIS on the other hand wil be in-charge for the lay-outs, designs and graphics which will be needed by athletes and coaches.
